map don't render

Hello Admins ! 

I would like your help to render my map   I am putting it in a .rtr files live always. I reuplaoded it once like it's said, but it is still blank and loading (will try again now).

thats because the site has problems and no one can fix them due to the admin leaving and abandoning everything, so it will never get foxed
