I made a little-mini game, where you control a snake who eats food pellets and grows longer, and you must ensure that he avoids crashing into walls or himself.
This is for single-player only. It works only in snapshot 14w11b. (It might work best in a 1280x720 window with normal FOV. It helps to remap keys as described in this video: http://youtu.be/tvvpplMnao0 )

Minecraft BINGO is a vanilla survival scavenger hunt, where your goal is to collect items displayed on your BINGO Card in order to get five in a row, column, or diagonal.
You start with nothing but a BINGO Card, and must punch trees, craft tools, and explore the world, to obtain the items on your card which "light up" to track your progress as you get them.
The game is for one or two players (and an optional extra player to hold maps). A typical game takes about 20-45 minutes.
