REoL TOUGH City Server, Emerald City Mall (Part 1): Staking the Land

When the server went live, there was a little mall, with 8 stores, and a department store. Over time, a food court was added. A parking garage was put in next, an incomplete baseball stadium next to that, and a zoo behind the mall.

With all the new things 1.8 are to offer, it shows that even with the underground additions, that the game outgrew the mall, so it's time to find a place to build a much bigger shopping center, and ultimately say goodbye to an original structure.
