I just messed around with MCedit; i copied and flipped a huge piece of hills and then ploped another piece next to it. I wanted to see what it would look like with a backdrop of roofed forest. I also put some little srtuctures in here and there. Enjoy!
A while ago i downloaded a map where a glitch made a tons of villages spawn on top of each other with no villagers inside. I used MCedit to copy-paste and make the glitch village bigger since huge pieces of it got deleted when the anvil update kicked in a while ago. Also, i trimmed off old chunks with MCedit so the map would run better. Enjoy!
Recently I downloaded an old map with an epic forest of mega trees. But, the map was so old it crashed a few times and chunks went missing. So I used MCedit to salvage the remaining piece of intact forest. Then I placed multiple plots of that mega forest schematic onto an AMPLIFIED map. Enjoy!

Heres the texture pack link:
-some new chunks; have roofed forest and savanah biome
-repopulated some old chunks with new biome; and a STRONGHOLD SPAWNED!
-made a wall of copies of the mega foundation thing i built
-made some epic stairs that go almost up to the maximum build level, they have large lanterns with big footings i built; just used mcedit to dublicate and build more of them
-started on a rail system from the main mega building
-added some more medium-sized buildings with stuff in them
-trimmed off old chunks that had junk on them and caused lag
A mega-normous map i have edited and built on for about two years off and on. TONS of stuff to explore! (If the map turtles too much, just update your java) I am amazed that i was able to legitly build epicness with MCedit as well as just edit structures that were on the map originally.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find the original map i had downloaded a while back, oh well... This one is actually my map technically, since this is the edited back up file I had to fall back on because of a conversion glitch a while back. So it is just a map that had to convert when i downloaded it, and then i did my own building and stuff. So it is very technically a totally different pile of pixelation and code. lol
-The big floaty obsidian temple was built by me, but i used pieces of the original one to make the four long pieces of it.
-The huge foundation step i built myself totally vanilla, then with MCedit i made duplicates to build a huge foundation. Then i made a copy of it and ploped in three more. O.0
-Has a massive series of pathways i made over time to connect everything. I like how there is about three layers of pathways; makes it seem like it's a super old minecraftian megacity or something.
